Editing Video – How to Edit a Baby’s Eye Closed in Photoshop

Here is a quick editing video on how to fix a slightly open eye on a photo you have taken easily in Photoshop.  If you are a photographer, I know you know what I am talking about.  You have taken this perfect photo except that one eye is doing a little peek-a-boo.  So this is a 6 minute video on how to repair it and present a perfect photo to mom.

Gorgeous Belly Shots in Mission Trails – San Diego Maternity Photographer

I met this sweet couple in Mission Trails and we hiked to an open field that had golden grass and blue mountains behind.  The sun was perfect and we hit the sunset just about the right time.  The only thing I didn’t like about this session was that this open field was also home to many rattlesnakes and I’m a big baby when it comes to snakes.  I did have my Texas cowboy boots on and jeans but my heart was racing the whole time we were there.  Anyway, it was totally worth it, because Kate was gorgeous in this setting!

Beautiful Newborn Elizabeth – San Diego Baby Photographer

With a gorgeous full head of raven hair at just one week old, sweet Elizabeth came to me last month for her newborn pictures.  And she smiled at me so many times!  She was really good to me!  She was so sleepy for her session, allowing me to get so many beautiful setups for her gallery.   I am so blessed to be able to capture these special first moments with parents and their baby.

Sweet 9 day old – San Diego Newborn Photographer

I had so much fun with this sleepy little man, still so curly from being only 9 days old.  His sweet parents were great to hang out with during our 2 1/2 hour session last week.    His parents were from India and I’m sure these photos are going to mean so much to be able to share with their family that is mostly so far away.  I am so honored to be part of these families special moments that they are spending with their sweet baby boy for the first time.

Gorgeous newborn Maya – San Diego Baby Photographer

What a lovely family I had the pleasure of meeting!  Maya came to me as a newborn at a week old and was so very sleepy which let me do so many setups.  Even her handsome big brother was so photogenic and made the session fly like a breeze.  Mom loved the blushy and peachy colors which are some of my favorite so I had a blast creating all the beautiful setups for her.   I really do have the best job!
